How bulk sending works on RAPID SMTP

  1. Import contacts from a CSV. Duplicates are de-duplicated; suppressed addresses are filtered out.
  2. Compose a template with merge tags and an optional unsubscribe footer.
  3. Pick an SMTP account — or several if you want the worker to rotate.
  4. Send now or schedule for a future date / recipient timezone.
  5. The background campaign worker processes the queue in 5,000-row batches, respects per-account rate limits, and writes every attempt to the Email logs with full SMTP response.
