You agree not to use RAPID SMTP to send spam, phishing, malware, or any content that violates the law or the policies of your SMTP provider. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

2. Your SMTP responsibility

You bring your own SMTP credentials and remain responsible for compliance with your SMTP provider's terms, sending limits, and reputation.

3. Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime — your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We aren't liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
